THE PRESENCE OF ALL THE COMPONENTS ON AN ELECTRONIC BOARD

Goal: Checking the presence of all necessary components on an electronic board, their correct position and reading the code bar on the board

Components: Sensors, lights, triggering sensors

A sensor triggers the vision sensors when the board is under the checking unit. The sensors capture the image and using the image filtering and pattern recognition tools of the sensor, the presence of all components is being checked. The missing of one component triggers an alarm signal on the I/O unit of the sensor.
