LABEL PRESENCE IDENTIFICATION AND CODE BAR READING ON AN AMPOULE

Goal: Label presence identification on an ampoule and reading the printed code bar

Components: Sensor, optical sensor

When an ampoule gets in front of the sensor, the optical sensor outputs a trigger signal, a picture being done thus. Using the various reference and pattern detection tools, the presence or absence of the label is being detected. The code reading tools are being used to read the printed code on the label. Via serial port the code is being transmitted. The missing of the label triggers an alarm signal.
